Refund policy

At Argento's Market, we take great pride in the quality of every product we carry. All of our Italian imports are carefully selected and inspected before shipment.

Food Products — No Returns Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. All sales are final once an order has been placed and fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cibodargento.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@cibodargento.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@cibodargento.com.
