The blend that built Italian coffee culture.
Mago means "The Magician" — named in honor of Domenico Barbera, the original coffee magician who began roasting beans in the streets of southern Italy in 1870. Over 150 years and six generations later, his family's most celebrated blend is still the one coffee lovers come back to.
Mago is a blend of seven premium coffee varieties, selected directly from Brazil, Central America, and Indonesia — the blend that built the coffee business in Italy and is now available in the finest coffee houses and restaurants in over 50 countries worldwide.
What makes it exceptional:
- 7-origin blend: Brazil, Central America & Indonesia
- 90% Arabica / 10% Robusta — body, crema, and complexity in every shot
- Slow roasted with vintage 1960s machines, air-cooled for maximum aroma
- Italy's oldest Neapolitan roasting house — family-owned since 1870
- Available in the finest cafés and restaurants across 50+ countries
Tasting notes:
Fruity, floral, and intense with a slightly toasted character and an unexpected, yet rich, chocolate aftertaste — perfectly balanced acidity with a sweet, satisfying finish.
Use it for: espresso, moka pot, French press, pour-over — grind fresh for best results.
